About Me

Hi! My name is Jeff and I am currently practicing as an occupational therapist in the United States. I work in a hospital setting in the Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) and acute care for oncology, neurology, orthopedics, telemetry, cardiac, and general med surg. My special focus is stroke rehabilitation.

I have a Master's of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. My experience includes working with mental health, adults, and geriatrics in occupational therapy. Some places I have worked include a mental health group home, outpatient CBT behavioral health, school-based OT, and the hospital. Overall, my experience in each setting guides my current practice in discharge planning and role in promoting empowerment and independence for my clients.

I created the brand OTDUDE to spread the word about occupational therapy and to help students and new grads.
